Order
When our orders are at full capacity, turnaround time can take between 21-28 days for our handmade items (Personalsied Lambs, Baboosh Babes, Nappy pant sets, Nappy Wallets/change mats etc.)
Turnaround time for other products:
- Pregnancy Announcements approx. 24-48hr turnaround.
- Items from our Ready-to-go Collections posted within 24-72 hours.
- Handmade Bibs, teething rings, dummy-clips, hair bows etc. are essentially posted within 2-14 days (depending on quantity ordered).
We do not include any invoices/receipts/prices/packing slips in any of our orders - your order comes beautifully wrapped, ready to gift.
If you do need to look back on what you have ordered, please check your emails for your order confirmation. Tax Invoices are also available please send us an email if need.
It's always such an honour to be asked and how we would love to. However, sadly time does not permit us to fulfil our own orders as well as wholesale.
Returns
Please note: Personalised items & pregnancy announcement orders can not be returned or refunded.
Returns/ Exchange
You are welcome to return or exchange items within 5 days of receiving your order. We recommend your first approach would be to contact us via our contact us page to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 days of receiving the items.
Your purchased product must return to us in new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns, orders must be posted back within 5 days of receiving. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.
Faulty: If you believe an item is faulty we kindly request that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide images detailing fault. Item/s will need to be returned in original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Item/s must be posted back within 5 days of recieving. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange or refund your payment in full. You will be notified of this via email.
Shipping
Yes! Upon checkout just enter the recipients name and address. Don't forget to include a little message, we will print this and stick it onto one of our gift tags.
