When our orders are at full capacity, turnaround time can take between 21-28 days for our handmade items (Chenille Lambs, Baboosh Babes, Outfits, Nappy Wallets/change mats etc.)
A Rush my order listing is available if you require your order more urgently (posted within 24-48hrs).
We do not include any invoices/receipts/prices/packing slips in any of our orders - your order comes beautifully wrapped, ready to gift.
If you do need to look back on what you have ordered, please check your emails for your order confirmation. Tax Invoices are also available please send us an email if need.
Name plates are hand stitched onto our Lambies at the very beginning of creation, meaning we cannot add a name to a ready-made lamb.
If you do require a Lambie in a hurry please see our Rush my Order listing - This encables your order to hop into the express lane, for postage within 24-48hrs. (This allows the little Bear team to stay back & work at night to get your order complete). (Standard processing time for Handmade items is normally 21-28 days).
It's always such an honour to be asked and how we would love to. However, sadly time does not permit us to fulfil our own orders as well as wholesale.
You are welcome to return or exchange items within 30 days of dispatch. We recommend your first approach would be to contact us via our contact us page to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of recieving the items.
Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.
Please note: Personalised items can not be returned or refunded.
Yes! Upon checkout just enter the recipients name and address. Don't forget to include a little message, we will print this and stick it onto one of our gift tags.
